I spearheaded a collaborative initiative with Google's Discovery team to craft a compliance course addressing litigation holds, mandated by the Department of Justice, which led to the development of a new design approach that is being scaled across all Legal courses.
This approach compels learners to interact with all content and media for course progression, marking a novel endeavor for my team.
To create this course, I used Evolve, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop, and WellSaid Labs.

I was presented with the unique challenge of transferring existing content from a Storyline-produced training to a new Evolve course, allowing for easier updates and scalability across Google Legal.
Logistically, this involved rewriting instructional text to accommodate vertical scrolling, creating new graphics, GIFs, and article dividers, copy editing, and obtaining SME sign-off. Legal Investigations Support (LIS) praised this update for it's simple yet beautiful design.

I developed a work efficiency training program called "Systems for Success" using the Get Things Done Method. Remarkably, within just 30 days of its introduction, employees at the Gender Confirmation Center experienced substantial stress reduction and boosts in focus.
I created the course using Storyline 360, Audacity, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.

I led the creation of a gender affirmation training program at The Gender Confirmation Center, overseeing all aspects, from layout and graphics to script, captions, and voice talent.
Using Articulate 360, I developed the eLearning module, recording and editing audio with GarageBand, while storyboarding in PowerPoint. The course lasts approximately 30 minutes.

I transformed a paper-based surgery SOP for online use, collaborating with subject matter experts to craft and edit technical content. The result is an interactive, visually enhanced SOP, designed in Rise 360.
It offers a user-friendly experience with progress tracking, step-by-step demonstrations, interactive checklists, and a knowledge-testing final quiz.

I collaborated with the Patient Care Department and Practice Manager to enhance patient care coordination for trans patients at the GCC. This online SOP helped identify and rectify errors and outdated information in our procedures, serving as a valuable onboarding tool and reference guide.

Amid a surge in national shootings, I urged our GCC building management for active shooter guidance, which was missing from their emergency materials. They referred me to a California State University video, which I incorporated into an interactive training using Rise 360. The building management now includes this mini-training in their emergency preparedness materials.
